The rules and conditions applicable to all visitors and members using the Bedoka platform.

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the terms and conditions for the use of the website, mobile applications and all related services (together, the “Platform”) offered under the Bedoka brand via the bedoka.com domain. The Platform is operated by DYF Turizm Ltd. Şti.(Üsküdar Tax Office, Tax No. 3210363044, TÜRSAB licence no. 7747 — the “Bedoka” or the “Company”).
By visiting the Platform, creating an account or benefiting from any service, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, we kindly ask you not to use the Platform.
1. Definitions and Roles of the Parties
Bedoka is an intermediary platform. Bedoka provides an electronic reservation environment that connects guests (users) with hotels and a sales network of more than 5,000 travel agencies. The accommodation service itself — the allocation of the room, guest check-in, facility standards, service quality and all undertakings relating to the stay — is provided by the relevant hotel (accommodation facility).
- User / Guest: The natural or legal person who searches for accommodation and creates a reservation through the Platform.
- Hotel / Facility: The business that actually provides the accommodation service and offers its inventory and prices through the Platform.
- Agency Network: The travel agencies that work with Bedoka and convey demand through multiple channels.
- Intermediary / Platform: Bedoka, which brings the parties together and provides the payment and reservation infrastructure.
Bedoka is not a party to the accommodation contract between the hotel and the guest; that contract is formed between the guest and the hotel. Bedoka is responsible for the proper provision of the intermediary and reservation service.
2. Membership and Account
You may need to create an account to benefit from certain services. When creating an account, you accept:
- To provide accurate, current and complete information,
- To be over 18 years of age and to have legal capacity to act,
- To protect the confidentiality of your account access information (password, etc.) and not to share it with third parties,
- That you are responsible for all transactions carried out through your account.
If you suspect unauthorized access, you must immediately notify us at info@bedoka.com. Bedoka reserves the right to suspend or close accounts for which it detects use contrary to these Terms.
3. User Obligations
When using the Platform, you undertake not to do the following:
- Use contrary to applicable legislation, public order and general morality,
- Create fake, fictitious or malicious reservations,
- Use another person’s identity or payment information without authorization,
- Access the Platform or scrape data without authorization using automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers),
- Carry out interventions that endanger the security of the Platform, upload malicious software,
- Reproduce or distribute Platform content for commercial purposes without the Company’s written permission.
The user is responsible for any damage arising from a breach of these obligations.
4. Reservation and Payment
When you create a reservation, the price, taxes, payment method and cancellation conditions for the room and rate you select are clearly shown at the reservation step. Upon payment confirmation, the accommodation contract is formed between the guest and the hotel and, in addition, for transactions falling within the scope of distance selling, the Distance Sales Agreement is approved at the payment step. 5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — the “Bedoka” brand and logo, software, interface design, texts, images, database and arrangement — belongs to the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property legislation. Copying, reproducing, distributing or using this content in derivative works without the Company’s prior written permission is prohibited. Brands and images belonging to hotels are the property of the relevant hotels.
6. Third-Party Content and Links
The Platform may contain content, images, descriptions and links belonging to hotels, agencies or other third parties. The accuracy of this content is the responsibility of the relevant provider. Links to third-party sites are provided solely for convenience; Bedoka is not responsible for the content and privacy practices of those sites.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bedoka, in its capacity as intermediary, provides the reservation service with due care. However:
- The actual provision of the accommodation service, the condition of the facility and the service quality are the responsibility of the hotel.
- The relevant hotel is responsible for errors in the information provided by the hotel (price, description, image, availability), to the extent that this information is published as conveyed to Bedoka.
- Bedoka cannot be held liable, to the extent permitted by legislation, for indirect damages that may arise due to force majeure, technical malfunctions or causes beyond its control.
This clause does not eliminate your rights arising from consumer legislation that cannot be limited by contract.
8. Changes to the Terms
Bedoka may update these Terms in line with compliance with applicable legislation or service improvements. The current text enters into force as of the moment it is published on this page. In the event of significant changes, information will be provided through appropriate methods. Your continued use of the Platform after a change means that you accept the current Terms.
9. Governing Law and Competent Court
These Terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul (Anatolia) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over the resolution of disputes that may arise from these Terms. In consumer transactions, the jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts is reserved within the relevant monetary limits.
